In this hands-on leadership program each participant will get a chance to work on a current issue they are facing. You may either choose to receive 1:1 coaching with a facilitator or via consultation with your STEM-leader peers. In any case, your learning will be targeted to your specific need, learning on your own cases as well as learning from your peers by reflecting on ‘how would I have done it’ and going through the thought process together. To ensure a safe place for learning, all participants will agree to adhere to a common code of ethics. These monthly meetings also include a brief theoretical input on a relevant leadership topic provided by the facilitators.
